I have a kindle fire so I got mine through amazon and the game room just came so keep checking plus not so great it cost me 8 hundred thousand to fight and I wassecond all I won was 50 stars and a love potion (which) I still don't know what it does lol hope this helps

I can't log intro facebook from the game and link my friends. I think I may have used my gmail email instead of facebook. How do I change that?

I have been unable to open my monster park for days. The response given via email did not help... I spent real money for items in this park and I would like it fixed or my money back... I haven't gotten anymore responses to my direct emails after letting them know I still could not get in. So now I am writing in this forum so that others may see that this game is not worth wasting money on.

I haven't been able to get in my park for the last 3 days..WHY?????!!!!! I've tried uninstalling an reinstalling and nothing. I've sent emails an haven't gotten a response back yet, like what's really going on with game, its bs. Just fix it please

I was finally able to get in today. But my MVP that I used gold to get and was in the nursery is now a Trio... And the rest of my gold is gone. And half of my crystals.. Is this the way Kiwi makes its money?

Well krystal I'm glad u can get in ur park, i unfort still can't. If you email them again letting them know what's missing (gold, crystals, lp's) i have to say they're very good at giving back. I'm keeping my fingers crossed i can play real soon, like asap

UUUGGGHHH!!!!! Soo aggravated, kiwi finally emailed me back telling me to first try force closing the game, did it, nothing happened, then said to clear the data, did that an still nothing, so i proceeded to uninstall then reinstall, still nothing, like really, what's going on? I've done everything they said to do an it still does not work, an the really shitty (excuse my language) thing is that i keep getting MP .notifications and i can't get on. I really wish they'd figure out what the hell is wrong. I'M PISSED

Ok this is totally rediculous, it's been 2 dam weeks since I've been able to play MP, an over a week since hearing anything from kiwi AGAIN, i did absolutely everything Kiwi told me to do to try n fix it ( foreclose, clear data, I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3x q and nothing has worked. I've emailed them back numerous times an have not gotten any kind of response from them. I used to be a number one fan of them, they have never treated me this way before. If they can't fix the problem them how about starting me over and just help regain my stuff? I don't think it's to much to ask for. And the other thing is...do they even read what ppl post on here? If u can't fix the problem kiwi you shouldn't just ignore your MP players, aren't we the ones that keep this game going an make it so popular? I'm very upset with this situation, PLZ do something, i dont feel i should have to keep begging to play your game....sincerely ticked off

I would like to know why all of the sudden, while trying to get free swords,credit ect..they want complete access to your cell phone such as- full internet access, read phone status id, and more? If you don't accept this, you can no longer down load anything for free swords..and swords are hard to come by to begin with. Just like to know what's up.

And I refuse to buy anything with cash. I believe another issue was letting me accept for them to have control over how long the light on you're phone stays on. It's unreal..

I have been trying to complete a shipwreck task and have not received help from kiwi support beyond asking what kiwi game I was playing..... can't seem to post my issue in the community support either.... Suggestions?
