Resetting entire game
The number of glitches skips and burps my game has had I just want to "reset" I have uninstalled and cacheted data cleared cache. restarted phone and reinstalled and it starts right in at the really messed up place I am trying to get rid of.

My trouble was fixed/resolved within a few days, with all the updates since. then I have had no major issues only a few small irritating issues. like 2 weeks to collect my thread ,missing quarry rock and a black "ghost" wandering all over. I was looking for a way to remove or close this topic and couldn't. locate it. ITsupport have at it. :-) thanks fun time killer! -

You should be able to switch phones and have email log in to be able to get everything the way it was before you switched phones. Also this problem of limited time of completeing a quest shouuld not be that way I've got a lot of buildings that I no longer complete because of this. They should have a way of getting swords by using your coins

frustrated and angry
Having previously emailed asking for support, and having received the "we'll get back to you" response without getting an actual solution, I'd like to know what other options there are. I have quests that require resources that aren't available, and being able to reset the game and ignore those quests until they go away would at least allow me to play. Since that isn't an option, I wonder if the company actually *wants* users.

1@Sharon: You have to keep nudging Kiwi if you want them to respond to your e-mails.
What bugs are you having? You said above that you can't find certain resources. Some resources aren't available until after you finish certain quests -- it's not really a bug. Other resources were for LE quests. And other resources are known bugs.
If you jot down all the problems you're having, I can probably tackle most of them. (I've been playing the game since it was released.) At the least, it'll give us something to do while you're waiting for Kiwi to write back.

Re: starting the game over, I don't know what you mean about "that works, but doesn't fix the bugs." If you follow @Curious's directions, you get a completely brand-new game. It's as if you had never played before. So, obviously, there are no bugs in a brand-new game.-
DHTR - The latest problem is that I have six or seven quests, all requiring searching the forest/jungle (depending on whether we are talking BA or SW). Most of the time, the axes get me nothing but cleared area. And with BA, most of the unfinished buildings have quests that haven't appeared yet. At least with SW, I have the quests to go with the unfinished buildings. Does that all make sense?

If you mean that it takes multiple axes/swords to get the item, that's unfortunately not a bug. That's Kiwi's business model. Most times, an axe/sword use will only get you cleared land. It can take between 1-6 swords/axes before you get the specific item you're looking for. If you're looking for multiple items, you can see how that'll rack up fast.
Re: BA having a bunch of unfinished buildings, that would be a major dependency problem that BA has. They often ask you to do things before you can actually do them. Annoying as hell, but there you go. However, there will always be SOME quest that you can work on in BA while waiting for the others to eventually be "ripe"...it's just that likely the quest you can work on in BA requires axes. -

1I also want to be able to reset/restart the game. Been a while since i played it and wanted to start over today. Installed it from market and got very disapointed that the game didn't reset! Create an option for this please...But until then my game will remain uninstalled..... -

Other than to get rid of unfinished buildings...why the desire to reset? I ask, because while my game freezes or gives me black boxes...I just remove my battery & start again. Maybe when I was a much lower level player with less invested I would have been more trusting..but now, I'd be afraid of stuff disappearing and all the OTHER problems that have been reported that I have been fortunate enough to avoid so far.

I too would like too reset my game. Not because of glitches but because first time around i was learning.now that i know what I'm doing I'd like the opportunity to start from scratch. Programmers need to figure this out quick as i plan to start spreading the word that kiwi doesn't listen to their users and tell friends not to bother with their games. Maybe a little bad pr will motivate them to step up their service!

Its a real shame they lie a out not being a able to reset it. Because early on they did. They just want you to spend more $ to auto finish. Way to piss off kids and parents. It was and had potential to be a fun game for all.

I spent more $ on this than ALL of my pc angry birds, still deleted it months ago way to much unfinished crap I couldn't delete.

Hey ... guys ., i too had d same problem ., i tried all d possible ways ., bt finally one way solved d problem.. hope u like it
step1: just uninstall d game
Step 2: use ur another google account i.e other gmail id to login to Play store., remove the old account
Step 3 : then install the game again using the new gmail login
Enjoy the game From the beggining :) -

Really getting bored now... got lots of buildings to finish but need to visit stone cutter.... BUT WHERE IS IT????.. PLEASE SORT IT OUT.. OR CAN I RESTART GAME....

I am having the same problem. At least 5 buildings waiting for the stone cutter, and have been for weeks, literally. I have moved them to a corner and am playing around them, but it is frustrating.
