gold bricks and axes
I keep winning gold bricks through missions but the don't get added to my inventory... Am I doing something wrong? Is the only way to get axes by buying them?

Hi there! When completing Quests, you do not actually receive any gold so I am sorry if there was any confusion. You can get more axes by leveling up through gaining experience from harvesting crops/trees/town buildings. Hope this helps! Thanks for reaching out to us and showing your support!

2This is a fun game that I play on my tablet. (Motorola zoom) the only issue I have is that I work on the trees and the crops. I rarely get any axes. We don't need a different version. What is needed is the ability to obtain axes a bit more often than the way we are getting them now. Keep up the good work and please continue to make this game fun and entertaining. -

Yep, we've heard that from the Community...pls stay posted, some new features to earn Axes in addition to leveling up and completing Quests should be coming out soon.-
I agree with Yvette! I do enjoy the game--but with the ability to earn axes so few and far between, it makes it impossible to complete many of the quests. And they expire before I can get even 1....

Yeah me too! Except I tried to earn "free swords" by installing & playing sponsored games, well, it's been over two weeks now since they were supposed to give me. I even emailed them about it, of course-not a response.

2I have done the get free axes thing by getting "rocket quote" and still have not received my axes. Did that 4-5 days ago. Then sent a message to "missing gold and axes." I got a responce that was like ya surs you did. So i swnt three out of the tens i have gotten email i keep deleting thwm because i found a good deal. I still have no resulition. i am also frustrated that i am on a fixwd income. This android is my only source of what i concider fun. And i can not afford to pay cash for a game. How do i get more help? Is there any way to speed up time? It takes 24hours to harvest a tree and the helper is stuck there the whole time. I have four helpers and have to harvest sixteen plants. It going to take four days just for this one task. I am going to forget about this game by then. This was fun the first week now its starting to agrivate me. My town is going to be overrun with weeds and no one live in a trash town. Please help me . Is there a fun way to play or is this it do some task and come back tomarrow every time? I agree with the time it takes to harvest trees and build buildings. It is almost impossible unless you can afford to purchase axes, gold, cheer to get this stuff done...i can't afford this..i am disabled and can't..i spend most of my day playing this..i wish it wasd available on laptop..i have eye problems and playing this doesnt help.. Love this game, but needs some tweeking.. i dont understand the daily bonus and where to find them and use them..i need somewhere to get full game instructions..also impossible to get more helpers..maybe they should give new helper after leveling up so many levels

If the quests state we earn gold and crystals why is it not added? And if we don't earn those for completing quests then you need to update the quest responses. To date my son should have about 50golds for what he has done so far.

this game is fun, but you are milking money without any peaceful mind of your client. so plz upgrade this low bonus you get for each day of playing.
and keep the good work, it will increase your client willing to buy and play. -

i love this game, but why can't i connect with facebook????
i play this game on my tablet: acer A200. and on my phone, samsung galaxy ace....
when i go to options in the game, this option is not on, but off.... then i putt it on : on... still i get this warning: fault, not able to connect...
then there is that issue that everybody has here.... axes.... so little.... and only to buy.... the free axes - yeah did that!!!
please tell me what to do, and what you are doing about these axe issues??

the only way i found to get axes or gold is to download other apps they show available and unistall after receiving them. or you have to complete a quest or level up.Nevertheless you don't receive very many by doing this. I found the only way to get many at a time is to download something that requires giving credit card info. Love the game but takes ALOT of time to complete things like the grand hall, track and field and more..theses and more require stone bricks..several times i have gotten up to 9 out of 10 bricks and when i hit 10 it applies only to 1 and the others go back to 0 out of 10..any answers for this?

Not sure what the issue is, but i purchased 28 axes for $4.99. I NEVER pay for things on games like this, however, this game i really like and they do not give me nearly enough axes to complete any of the tasks! Needless to say, you charged my account, and never game me my product! it has been HOURS since my purchase. I have emailed my complaint to support along with my order confirmation from Google. I have received NO response whatsoever. What i want is my money back or give me the product that i have paid for plus something for this mixup!! So frustrated at this point in time!!!

well its Nov 29, 2012 and i still have not received my swords that i paid for and i bought swords twice yesterday nov 28, 2012 , i have send numorous emails with my order conformation and i have checked my bank acct and have already been taken out and i still have not received my swords , and no one have contact me about this situation, refund my money or give me my swords , fix this problem!

In shipwrecked i get swords by downloading n playing millionaire slots. But there is no such chance in brightwood adventure. More over i don't receive any quest to complete the task. No idea from where to receive the quest n the tub of bubbling brew.

I was earning gold by making stone, ore, boards, clay, & bricks. Now with new update I can't earn any. Makes game too frustrating & takes too long now. Please fix back to the other way. I was about to stop playing b4 until it started giving me gold, then I was excited about the game again. Now I'm at level 63 & if it doesn't get fixed soon ill be forced to put game dwn for good!

@Marie, unfortunately the gold bars from making stone, ore, boards, etc., was a glitch and is not part of the overall game. I posted somewhere else on this forum that if you updated, you lost that benefit. It was nice while it lasted, but don't expect it to come back :(
